Rascon went to Brigham Young University and afterward did additional studies on European Politics in Madrid, Spain. Being an Emmy award-winning reporter, he joined ABC13 in September 1998, at the moment, he serves as an anchor of the 11 am 5 pm, and 6 pm newscasts.
