Weimer anchors WBOC News at 10 and 11. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston where he graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in corporate communication. Upon graduation, he got his first job working as a general assignment reporter a WAGM-TV in Presque Isle, Maine. He was later promoted to late-night sports anchor before becoming a lead anchor and eventually becoming News Director.
During his free time, Weimer enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also loves watching and some of his favorite shows include “Big Bang Theory,” “House of Cards”, “New Girl”, and “The Newsroom”.
