Dallas Raines is an American journalist serving as an ABC7 Eyewitness’ News Chief Meteorologist. Since July 1984, Raines has been predicting the Southland’s weather for ABC7. He offers weather reports for ABC7 Eyewitness News at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 11 p.m. every day.
