Ade tied the knot on 4, September 2015 in Provincetown, Massachusetts to Paul Steinke a Philadelphia native and a former well-respected Reading Terminal Market general manager, Center City District finance manager, and staunch supporter of LGBT rights. Steinke was as well recently a Democratic candidate for Philadelphia City Council. Now the co-owner of the Gayborhood business Duross and Langel, Steve Duross introduced the duo in 1995. He also has no record of having any children or possibly has just maintained a low profile.

Ade went to Harper College from 2008 to 2009 and was a member of the student newspaper, and later he enrolled at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television in 2011. In July 2008, David served as a Security at Arlington Park for a year and 2 months and was an on-air personality, producer at River Radio of Southern Illinois for 9 months since January 2011. At WSIU-TV River Region Evening Edition, he was a sports director for a year and 5 months since August 2010 and a sports reporter since August 2009 to August 2010. Moreover, Ade was a sports anchor, producer for 7 months in June 2011 and a color commentator  for 4 months in June 2011.

Afterward, he went to Carterville, Illinois where he was a news anchor and reporter at WJPF for 5 months since November 2011 anchoring Saturday morning newscasts, and reporting for weekday newscasts. At Sinclair Broadcast Group in Champaign-Danville, Illinois, Ade served as a sports and news reporter for 2 years and a month since March 2012. He was also the number 2 sports reporter and anchor covering the University of Illinois athlectics and local high school sports. Additionally, Ade was the co-anchor of Friday night  high school football highlight show and a one-man band news reporter. Likewise, he was formerly a one-man band news reporter working out of the Vermilion County Bureau. In March 2014, David also went to work at Madison, Wisconsin Area in WDJT CBS 58 as a News Reporter for 3 years and 6 months.

David worked as a full-time TV Capitol Hill Reporter at  Gray Television from August 2017 to August 2019  and as a full-time press secretary at the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, District of Columbia.  In 2021, he officially started working as the multimedia journalist bringing nearly a decade of TV reporting experience. Prior to moving to Washington, D.C., Ade served in Wisconsin and in Central Illinois making assignments in the state legislature, the 2016 Presidential Campaign, former Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, and Super Bowl 50. David has as well made coverage in the congressional delegations for several Midwest states and the Trump Administration during his first stint with the Washington News Bureau.
