Don Bell is an American Emmy-Award-winning journalist currently working as a sportscaster, and sports director at CBS 3 in Philadelphia whose first major market job was a decade ago. He came home to take the top job of Sports Director in September 2015. Additionally, Bell is also the co-host of Zero Fs Given Podcast and served as CBS 3’s weekend sports anchor and sports reporter from 2005 until 2010. Previously, he worked at FOX Sports 1 in Los Angeles where he has been the anchor of FOX Sports Live and the in-studio anchor for FOX College Hoops along with other productions.

Moreover, he received a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University’s prestigious Medill School of Journalism in 2002. Likewise, Don is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ). He began his broadcasting career in 2002 at WWSB-TV in Sarasota, Florida and later anchored sports for KPLR-TV in St. Louis while hosting the post-game shows for the St. Louis Cardinals. Afterward, Bell then served as CBS 3’s weekend sports anchor and reporter from 2005 until 2010 and rejoined CBS 3 from Fox Sports 1 in Los Angeles being an anchor of FOX Sports Live and the in-studio anchor for FOX College Hoops.
Additionally, he has as well been the co-host of the nationally syndicated Don Bell and Ryan Field Show on FOX Sports Radio. Prior to joining the Fox Corporation, Bell was at ESPN for about three years as a studio host for SportsCenter on ESPN News. According to him, the Philadelphia sports fan played heavily in his decision to come home and he said that he misses how this town lives and dies with every big victory or crushing defeat.
