DeGregorio serves as a Sports Anchor at WLOX-TV ABC CBS Bounce in Biloxi, Mississippi. He studied at Algonquin Regional High School, before proceeding to Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2018. This is where Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Communication in 2022. He developed an interest in sports by watching the local Boston teams win championships. DeGregorio started his career in journalism working as a Talk Show Host in August 2016 at Northborough Cable Access Tv. In addition, he worked at Sailfish Sports Network in 2019 as an Executive Producer and host for weekly talk show “Sailfish Pregame” and “Sailfish Halftime”.
He was also the play-by-play voice for the NCAA teams at Sunshine State Digital Network. At the university, DeGregorio served as a Sports Broadcast Major and Anchor since August 2018. He later proceeded to work as the Play-by-Play Broadcaster for Miami Dutch Lions FC LLC of the NPSL for about 7 months from February 2022. This was before he joined the team at WLOX TV in August 2022 where he works currently. Away from the newsroom, DeGregorio enjoys playing sports such as golf and hockey. He also enjoys relaxing at the beach and talking about sports with friends and family.
