Colwin has successfully tried 48 cases in various jurisdictions around the country to a verdict. Colwin previously worked for the New York State Division of Human Rights as an Administrative Law Judge. She presided over three thousand cases brought under federal and state discrimination laws during her nine years of employment as a partner at a major regional New York law firm.
