Natasha Brown is an American three-time Regional Emmy-Award-winning journalist currently the weeknights solo anchor and reporter of CBS News Eyewitness Philadelphia in Pennsylvania at 9 a.m. She is as well the co-anchor at 4 p.m. on weekdays side by side with Siafa Lewis who joined in November 2021 from Chicago station WMAQ-TV. Additionally, Brown joined CBS Television Studios in December 2002 as the morning anchor and reporter and she is also the host of Speak Up, a public affairs program on WPSG. Moreover, she is also an anchor and reporter at KYW-TV, a CBS Network in Philadelphia.

Brown enrolled and graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Before joining KYW, a CBS Network in Philadelphia in December 2002, she worked as a reporter at WPXI-TV, an NBC affiliate owned by Cox Media Group in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Previously, Natasha worked as a weekend anchor and reporter at WWBT-TV an NBC affiliate owned by Gray-Tv in Richmond, Virginia. Her career kicked off at WPDE-TV an ABC 15 and The CW affiliate in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, as a reporter and has received three Emmy awards for her excellent reporting.
Moreover, she was inducted in 2016 into the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia hall of fame and has fixed herself as an outstanding on-scene reporter making coverage on major stories. Brown has reported stories like the Columbine High School shootings, the crash of Flight 93 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania on 9/11, and the Quecreek Mine Disaster. Further, Natasha has also covered several political campaigns and candidates and in 2004, she made reports on the historic move of the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia to its new home across Independence Park. Awards and Recognition
Brown is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) and while she was in Pittsburgh, she received an African American Heritage Award as Best Reporter from WAMO Radio. Further, the CBS journalist was also named twice on the Most Influential Black Women list by the Philadelphia chapter of the NAACP. On January 16, 2022, Natasha accepted the Drum Major Award from the Philadelphia Martin Luther King Jr., Association for Non-violence for her commitment to community service.
