Rick worked for KONO/KITY as a radio newscaster but later moved to Television at ABC affiliate KSAT-TV. Here, he was a general assignment reporter and weekend sportscaster.
Lozano later moved to the West Coast where he joined KABC-TV as a weekend sportscaster in 1986. After some time, he became the station’s weekday four o’clock sportscaster.
