But according to Ben-Aderet, the high immunization rates and practices in California are still paying off, according to ABC7 correspondent Hayes. Despite the fact that California has had population increases and has several large cities, Ben-Aderet said to Hayes, “Our mortality is considerably lower than these other locations.”
