Tracy Davidson Biography
Tracy Davidson is an American journalist serving as an anchor for NBC10 News. She provides live newscasts on weekdays at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. Since joining NBC10 in March 1996, Tracy has worked as a consumer reporter and an anchor. She has attended hundreds of community and charitable events in the Greater Philadelphia area over the past 20 years, representing the station.

Davidson is currently a contributor on the NBC10 News channel. Tracy has won 11 Emmys, including the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Best News Anchor in 2008 and 2013. Tracy thought that she might have been wearing an uncomfortable bra, had too much salt, or drank too much wine. The oddity she felt in her breast in late 2014 was never recognized by her mind as a lump. She called her doctor on January 2, 2015, a Friday following the holiday week, and asked for a prescription for a mammogram. Additionally, the doctor advised Davidson to schedule an examination.
The doctor felt not just one lump when Davidson went for a check-up, but two. Both Davidson and the subsequent mammography she had both missed the second one. But an MRI and a biopsy revealed that Davidson had breast cancer, according to the medical professionals. When she makes a list of her blessings, she mentions having a job that provides insurance to cover her healthcare costs and living in a city with first-rate medical facilities. She is most appreciative that she discovered cancer early and treated it effectively.
